resume (melanjutkan) scp

Hmm.. i thought this is my first english post… ehhhehe… forget it…
Ok, it’s began when i’m downloading a 3,7 GB file in my server to my laptop using http which apache cannot view the file because over the limit that apache can handle (2 GB). So i think to split the file in smaller few files. When i finish splitting the files (in one and a half day) the problem is that one part of the files are corrupted (aargghh…) and it’s wasting time to re-split the file again…
So i use scp to download the file although it takes ~12 hour to download but i think it’s worth for because the possibilities that the file will be corrupted is small… But the problem just starting when my laptop was automagically shutdown and the transfer are still running..
